Betshezi is not liable for any losses you suffer as a result of gambling on our platform beyond what is required by South African law. We're also not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times without interruption.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. You may also refer complaints to the NGB if you believe we've acted in breach of our licence conditions.
